***New Owner Introduction***

We wanted to introduce you to the new owners of our Old Irving Park restaurant location. They are Tess Meengien and Chelsey Boonchukusol.

Both Tess and Chelsey worked for us at our Hot Woks locations in the very early days. They have since gone on to open a very successful high-end Asian restaurant in Evanston called Shinsen.

We are very proud that they have become successful in their own right. We are equally pleased to entrust them with the original Hot Woks Cool Sushi location on Pulaski Road.
